Windows 10: Matebook X Pro Charging Cable

After I finish charging my Matebook X Pro, I take the charger out and leave it plugged into the outlet. After I continue using the laptop and end up needing to charge it again, when I plug it in, it end up not charging or detecting the charging cable at all. What I have to do is unplug my charging brink from the outlet and then replug it back in in order for it to start charging. Is there any way I can fix this? Thanks.

Hello, I recently bought a Huawei Matebook X Pro and right from the start it said plugged in not charging. I was extremely triggered and thought it might be the chargers falt so I actually bought a new charger for it. Turns out both of my chargers are completely fine.
I looked online and tried almost everything and still can't figure out why it isn't charging. I believe that the issue originates from windows and in saying that, how can I fix this issue.

(also I have gotten it to charge a few times and that why I know its not my chargers)
