I have a Matsushita LKM-F434-1 LS-120 Super Disk that I just repaired and installed in my 13 year old ASUSi7 4 core lab top. The unique part about this is it is a 3.5 floppy drive that connects using the IDE cable among other things like power eject button. The drive runs fine using Windows XP or as a boot media. The problem it is not seen by Windows 10 64 bit 22H2. I believe the problem is Win10 won't "compatibility mode" older drivers than WinXP . WinXP can "compatibility mode" back to Win98SE which is probably why this antique works in WinXP. I believe it may have worked in Win10 build 18

    :)

    diskpart doesn't show disk

    Hey,

I am trying to install Win10 on a mac book air.

However the diskpart does not list the disk even after reformatting the partition as NTFS per suggestion.

read through this solution but cannot move to step 1 listed in the solution by Ivan as that disk doesn't see that partition it was just able to reformat.

    Regards

Unable to get Win10 to recognize EPSON 4870 Photo Scanner

I'll walk you though the steps I do to install my Perfection 1200. I have to do this periodically for some reason to reestablish the 'non-standard' Perfection 2400 driver.

    1. Right click on the scanner in Device Manager (as Admin) and select Update Driver. Then select the option to browse my computer for driver software.

    2. Then select Let me pick from a list of device drivers....

    3. Select Imaging Devices from the next list.

    4. Finally, select the correct Epson driver you have installed then click Next. If it isn't listed then something has gone wrong with the driver installation.

    5. Hopefully, the scanner should now work?

    Win10 doesn't recognize USB3.0 hard disk docks

I have a PC with three USB external drives (USB2.0/USB3.0) and two external hard disk docks (USB3.0); all are connected via one powered USB3.0 hub to the PC.

After upgrading to Win10, the self-enclosed USB external drives are recognized by the system. But the two USB3.0 docks are not recognized by the system. I've checked the manufacturers websites for any info about the docks and Win10; bot the docks are Win8
compatible, and there are no drivers provided for either docks.

I've tried all standard tshoot steps (reboot, shutdown/restart, unplug USB hub, then reattach - with PC powered off and PC powered on; etc.) - all steps have failed.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks in advance -
