Windows 10: MaxxAudio Pro 2021 for Dell Inspiron 15 3505 nx head tracking not working

My pc came with the app and it doesn't using the camera even though I try to restart and reinstall. Please help!

Dell MAXXAudio 4 not working following Windows 10 update

I have a Dell Inspiron M731R 5735 laptop. Following a Windows 10 update, the Dell MAXXAudio has been changed and most of the functions have been disabled. Any suggestions on how to restore it?

 

Dell G5 Windows 10 - All usb ports stopped working

Run the Dell Support Assist and see if it notes any needed driver updates. What is the specific model number for your G5, there are several different models. I looked at one G5's Dell download list and no USB drivers which suggest the default Microsoft drivers are all that are available. Do not use the driver sites, especially on a Dell as it has proprietary hardware and drivers. Many times the driver sites will install older version or incorrect driver versions. For example, Dell's require the Dell model specific Realtek sound driver as it works in conjunction with Waves MaxxAudio pro. MaxxAudio only works with the Dell sound driver. One of the MaxxAudio functions is audio jack detection. Although this is a great support forum, Dell has support forums with user experts. Maxxaudio not detecting headphones - Dell Inspiron

Hey community,

I have been attempting to fix this issue for the past couple days and nothing seems to be working. Maxxaudio on my Dell Inspiron P91G is not detecting my headphones when inserted into the audio jack. This is causing my audio to sound pretty poor when
using my headphones. The pop-up box is not appearing (yes I have selected "Show pop-up dialogue...." and yes it is enabled as start up in task manager), and when in the MaxxAudio Pro app itself, only "Internal Speakers" is an option to choose in the drop down
menu. I have tried updated the Realtek Driver, re-installing the driver, and nothing has seemed to work. This is a frequent problem on my laptop and it usually fixes itself after a while, but now it has been over a week.

Can anyone help?
