    Hi,My apologies for a new thread, but I have an earlier thread about a stuck Windows 10 22H2 Upgrade https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-10-22h2-update-hangs-at-48/ad44546c-7adc-4f26-9ee0-e5f7578cc3c0. The original thread poster said to just wait for later because the 22H2 Upgrade has problems, but I've been continuing to investigate, and I just noticed that after the install attempt, there are 4 Event ID 10016 Errors:"The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the
