  1. May I Ask Device Manufacture Details

Dear MSCSI have been having issues with the keyboard letters not working and I have been trying to get help.I tried emailing the Packard Bell company, to which this device belongs to, but it seems they are no longer available and have merged with the Acer company.Would it be advisable to ask for contact details here? The laptop, used to be a Windows8.1, but has been upgraded to Windows10

    :)

  2. HID-compliant mouse. Device Status:This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

Follow these steps on how to update the driver:

To do this, follow these steps:

    • In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
    • Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
    • Follow the instructions to update the driver.
If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.

    Regards.

    missing camcorder imaging device "drivers"

It looks like the manufacturer of the device you're trying to install didn't release drivers to Windows 10.

As a workaround, we suggest that you contact your manufacturer and ask for the legacy drivers of the device for Windows 7. Once you have the file of the drivers, right-click on it and choose
Extract. Once done, add it as a legacy driver. To do so, see the steps below:

    • Go to Device Manager > Action > Add legacy hardware. Follow the virtual steps to add a hardware.
    • Once done, it will show you the common hardware types; then, choose IEEE 1394 host controllers.
    • After choosing IEEE 1394 host controllers, it will show you the page to select the manufacturer and model of your hardware.
    • To choose for the legacy driver you've extracted, click Have Disk >
Browse. Now it will show you the window to locate the file.

Let us know what happens after doing the suggestions above.
