Windows 10: May I please have help with fixing the function of the CAPS LOCK key?

I'm a gamer, and I used to use the CAPS LOCK key as my push to talk button. Before last week, I would use the button by holding it down, talking, and the releasing the button when I'm done talking to mute. When the CAPS LOCK button was pressed held, it would toggle on, and would stay on even when I released the hold. And so the next time I would press the CAPS LOCK to push to talk, the CAPS LOCK would then be off even after release. Now, for some reason when the CAPS LOCK button is held down, it constantly switches between on and off at a very fast rate, which causes my push to talk to be cons

Disable the caps Lock key without editing the registry

Unless I have misread it these suggestions do NOT DISABLE the caps lock key - they simply turn off caps lock

 

Caps lock, num lock, scroll lock lights no longer function

I looked but I can't find a Shift Key Radio Button anyplace, nor Advanced Key Settings, when I run a search it just tells me there is no such thing.

I did learn that I can set it so that it plays a tone whenever I push the Cap Lock Key, I never knew that before.

This is likely to be one of those where, as I don't know what you've already tried, I'll have spent time suggesting what you have tried. That's why I asked for a clear list of what you have tried. Do you see this when you toggle caps lock?
