    May I please speak with a representative I am having issues with my Microsoft account not...


    Account will not sync on my pc after I changed the email on the account from one email to another. I have tried resetting Microsoft and a bunch of other things that someone on support told me to try, but none of them have worked and I ended up not getting any more responses from the support member after a few ideas they had. I believe that they didn't know what else to try so they just gave up, but I would like to resolve this problem if possible. I can sync the account on my laptop, but my pc isn't capable of doing it and I don't know why.
