Windows 10: May or June update screwed my audio up, and even recent updates do.

So, back whenever the bad windows 10 update was released, I started having major audio glitches. People talking on discord sounded like robots sometimes, audio would suddenly make a loud screeching chirp, audio would become distorted in a very odd way. Now, the issues have lessened, but they still exist. Anyone have any fixes for this?

window 10 june update screwing up wireless

My wife 's Windows 10 laptop June 2016 update . Screwed up wireless adapter . . When I check on Network setting ; it listed mobile hotspot functions as though it was a phone . I had to run the Troubleshooter but this is only a short term fix as it does
not stay fixed for longer than 10 mins , then the wifi shuts down again .

 

DirectX June Update

Microsoft has released an updated version of DirectX for June, although it isn’t clear whether the update is just for DirectX 9.0c or for DirectX 10 on Vista as well. Regardless of this, it is still recommended that Vista users update their systems because Vista will benefit from any DirectX 9.0c fixes when playing DirectX 9 games. The web installer is only for Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (both 32-bit and 64-bit versions), whilst the redistributable version will also work with Vista. Windows Update for Conexant SmartAudio HD Screws up my Audio


I had the latest Conexant SmartAudio HD drivers from Lenovo installed, and my audio was working just fine until the latest Windows Update for those drivers happened. Twice, I fixed the audio by reinstalling the Lenovo Drivers, but Windows keeps screwing up the audio by reinstalling the update. Is there a way to fix the audio?
