    May seem trivial, but I can't sign in to microsoft games. Keeps telling me I have account problem. Couldn't access messges in outlook either. I have an account.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.

    Game Sign In Broke T

    When I play the game, the upper right corner of the screen says it can't sign into xbox. If I click it, it tries, and takes me to the xbox app on my desktop, or opens a webpage to sign in. Both are already signed in, and having either open doesn't make the
    game sign in. Restarting the game or the PC doesn't fix the problem.

    The game I'm playing is Microsoft Minesweeper from the Microsoft Store.
