  1. Maybe a virus is causing all of this.

I have problem uninstalling Avira completely on this laptop. I uninstalled it using another program yet it leaves some files that makes it undetectable to the apps lists/program lists. And I also don't know what is happening because some programs keeps being unreadable and undetectable every once in a while so I keep downloading and installing those programs again like VLC, Winrar and also the browsers, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. I don't know if it's connected to the antivirus but I tried Malwarebytes and Avira. Now I'm looking if Bitdefender can detect the problem to this laptop if it has virus

    :)

Windows Updated(16299.309).KB4088776 Restart is required to complete.

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Thanks for the suggestions and for the time to respond Maybe a virus is causing all of this. :) Best regards.

And thanks for the tip of that program, I'll have it on my list.
