Windows 10: Maybe Glitch

So I'm facing a random glitch every day that is when I'm gaming or doing anything random stuff my system acts weird and I don't know what to name it. for eg: when I'm using YouTube and as normally how scroll wheel works is it goes either up or down viewing other contents but randomly scroll wheel starts zooming in and out for screen size and when I close the app and try to Right click to use refresh option to refresh, but instead it gives me different options as we get on right clicking on an app such as open , open file location, run as administrator and my whole keyboard stops working mou

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
