Windows 10: Maybe just a glitch?

Hello, I am asking why when I had my old PC all it said for 24H2 requirements was that I needed a newer motherboard. After I got my brand new upgraded PC now it says my processor is too old. It had never said that before with my old computer until I upgraded. I still have the same processor from my old PC setup. I don't know what happened. I have ISO and everything. My dream is to have windows 11. Can you please help me?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.
