Windows 10: MBAR cannot detect HPReyos

Discus and support MBAR cannot detect HPReyos in AntiVirus, Firewalls and System Security to solve the problem; Hi guys I need help with removing the folder named "HPReyos" in %APPDATA%, I tried deleting it and it just says it's being used by a program or...     MBAR cannot detect HPReyos


    Hi guys I need help with removing the folder named "HPReyos" in %APPDATA%, I tried deleting it and it just says it's being used by a program or something so windows couldn't delete it.

    I've also seen a program named "HPReyos" in Add/Remove programs, but because I'm cautious I didn't open it because I don't want any more malware entering my computer.

    Downloaded MBAR, did a full scan but MBAR said that my computer is free of Rootkits and stuff and I'm not very sure about that.

    I did a refresh on FireFox to remove the disturbing homepage that the virus is forcing to be the default one but everytime I restart my PC the website just comes back.

    Those are just my problems.

    virus

    A program named as HPreyos is automatically installed on pc .After removing it when I open google from any browser .how it is opened shown in image.I have an anti virus but it is unable to detect virus.

    Trying to download a program

    There is a special version of MBAR crested that might help with this problem.

    This program can take a lot of time to run. What is important is that you do not attempt to use the computer. Any movement of the mouse will make the program stall. Open the MBAR foler. You will see two MBAR application. One has an .exe extension, the other
    a .cmd extension. Click on the MBAR.CMD and let the program run unhindered.

    Hi

    I used UnHackMe with Full and Rootkit scan active and it removed every files the virus has infected. It deleted FireFox but that's fine for me *Smile

    Thank you for the suggestions simrick, I will use these steps if I encounter another virus in my computer.
