Windows 10: McAfee Security Scan Plus won't uninstall

McAfee Security Scan Plus uninstaller opens to a blank screen that cannot be interacted with in any way. I have tried both add/remove features, control panel, mcafee's uninstall.exe, but they all lead to the same blank screen. How can I remove this program permanently from my computer?

How do you uninstall the McAfee Security Scan Plus app? I have tried everything.

I had two McAfee apps on my list of Installed Apps and I was able to uninstall one of them but not the McAfee Security Scan Plus app. When I click on Uninstall for the McAfee app, I get a pop-up that will not open all the way. I think it is telling me what I will be losing if I uninstall the app. I cannot maximize the window so I can continue to uninstall the app. I have tried ALL troubleshooting tips including the McAfee MCPR Tool. I even chatted with Microsoft Support and gave access to my computer. She did the exact same things I did and then restarted my computer so I lost her. She did not fix my problem with uninstalling the McAfee app. Has anyone else experienced this problem and found a solution? Suggestions?
