Windows 10: MCFEE Total Protection subscription renewal

I get an email notice from Miscrosoft saying that MCFEE Total Protection subscription has closed Nov 7, and ask for reactivating. The sender's email address is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" Is this real?
