Windows 10: MDT Failure

We've been using MDT for 3 years at this agency and we increment our reference image periodically, boot it up in a VM Hyper-V do app and OS updates make any shortcut or favorites changes and then recapture it. The capture goes fine. The problem is when we go to deploy it again. The last time it worked was in August but now this happens...I've attached the smsts log, I can't figure out what is broken or how to fix it...<![LOG[Used smsts.ini to set logging settings.]LOG]!><time="09:19:39.109+480" date="10-26-2023" component="TSMBootstrap" context="" type="1" thread="1624" file="tsl

MDT Skips .wim creation step during capture

Hi All,

As mentioned in the title;

During the MDT Capture wizard every steps works as intended (OS installation, apps, sysprep), however it skips the "Create wim" step completely and continues with a shutdown. Any idea how to fix this?

I have logs available if needed.

MDT is being done within Hyper-V.
