    Meaning of "system idle parameters changed"?


    I'm trying to debug an issue with my PC sleeping/waking at certain times and have been using the following command to generate diagnostic information:

    C:\WINDOWS\system32>powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics System Sleep Timeline report saved to file path C:\WINDOWS\system32\system-sleep-diagnostics.html.

    When looking at the above referenced report, I see the text "system idle parameters changed" (boxed in red in the image below).

    Does anyone know what that means and why it occurs?
