Windows 10: Mecer Ghuru Pro 10 stuck in reset process.

Goodday colleague's can you please help I was busy to reset my mecer ghuru laptop, everything went well. While the system was busy re installing windows I had a power failure. When I restarted the laptop it gave me the message as in the picture. I said ok but it keeps on coming back to this screen. What can I do please. Thank you in advance.

Not able to upgrade to windows 10 on Mecer desktop pc - 0x80004005 - 0x20004

I have read through this article...and tried all steps suggested

I still get this

The download and installation was 100% till it restart and a message telling it's recovering previous installation which is 7 pro 32 bit. Then the following error code

0x80004005 0x20004 installation failed in the safe_OS phase with an error INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT operation. What must I do?

Please Help, like I said, it is only happening with Mecer desktops that was purchased pre installed with windows 7 pro, other desktops ungrade no problem

Mecer z140c driver power system failure.

Hi Ann did you manage to find the solution to that problem? I have the same model of Mecer with that problem and I'm stuck not knowing what to do.
