Windows 10: Mecer laptop ran into a problem

Greetings, I was trying to reset my laptop but it keeps on restarting over and over the stop code: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE keeps appearing Mecer laptop cant open... which button should I press to help me have access to advanced options

Not able to upgrade to windows 10 on Mecer desktop pc - 0x80004005 - 0x20004

I have read through this article...and tried all steps suggested

I still get this

The download and installation was 100% till it restart and a message telling it's recovering previous installation which is 7 pro 32 bit. Then the following error code

0x80004005 0x20004 installation failed in the safe_OS phase with an error INSTALL_RECOVERY_ENVIRONMENT operation. What must I do?

Please Help, like I said, it is only happening with Mecer desktops that was purchased pre installed with windows 7 pro, other desktops ungrade no problem

TouchPad problem

see attached screenshot of the keys after I re ran the scan

so i assume next steps are to have that program open that you suggested whilst using the laptop and then when the touchpad gets disabled to check if the keys have changed?
