Windows 10: Mecer notebook refuses to turn on after reset

I tried resetting my mecer notebook or laptop , it hasn't passed the stage of showing only the mecer screen when it's on. It says the mecer laptop ran into a problem, it will restart of which it's been stuck on the same issue. What do I do.?

I have a mecer notebook z140c it turns on and from there all the buttons are not working I even took it to MUSTEK in Midrand only to be told that they can't fix it imagine buying a Toyota car then when u take it to the garage they tell u they can't fix it I'm disappointed with this company coz nw it means I have to throw it away.

 

Cortana Notebook

In order to enable the Notebook icon in Cortana, I suggest you to check if you have enabled Cortana.

To enable Cortana, please follow the steps below:

• Go to Cortana.
• Go to Settings.
• Turn on “Cortana can give you suggestions, ideas, reminders, alerts”.

WiFi refuses to turn on

A quick question before we proceed:

Is your computer airplane mode is turn on?

I suggest you to go to the follow the below step and check if you’re able to toggle the Airplane mode:

• 
  Go to settings and click on Network & Internet.
  
• 
  Go to airplane mode and toggle.
  

I also suggest you to check if the function key for Wi-Fi works or not. Kindly
Refer to your computer manual to check which function key do so.
