Windows 10: Mecer Windows 10 Administrator

Hello, I have a question, can you access the administrator account of the computer I am using? the computer I am using is a Mecer Windows 10 I tried everything from using the command prompt etc. I can't seem to to get onto the administrator account. I have been trying to get full access to my computer, since most the things I do get an error message that says "Access is denied". Thank you for your time.

I have a Mecer Z140C-Xpress+ Windows 11. It is Just showing the When Mecer Log When l Switch it on and it can't access the Automatic window repair. What Should l do?
