Windows 10: Mech Warrior 5 DLC no longer registers that I bought it

Hello,I am somewhat stumped and frustrated with this problem. I have the Mechwarrior 5 base game through Microsoft Game Pass and habe bought the DLC on Microsoft Store. I then launched the base game and could play the DLC.I closed the game and came back to it later. Now it no longer works. Ingame, the game tells me I no longer own the DLC.I do not know what to do. It worked before, now it doesn't. I cannot start the game from the DLC page, I need to start the game via the base game. Maybe that's an issue? I don't know. Like I said, it worked the first time. Reinstalling is not an option I want

I just wanted to start a petition that it would be cool if Microsoft remade some or all of the MechWarrior games for windows 10. like mech warrior 4 mercenaries, mech warrior 4 vengeance. I remember running MechWarrior 2 in dos box and that game was fun.
heck I got mech commander gold running in Ubuntu under wine. so if Linux can do it why can't windows do it. maybe if all the MechWarrior fans make our opinions herd then maybe Microsoft will at least take it into consideration who is with me.

Agreed. Considering the Game is now owned by Microsoft, they should take some interest in making it work on their new platforms. I just installed Win 10 and like playing Mechwarrior 4 big time. This is the only game I have in my games list (22) that I can't
coerce into working on WIN 10. And this is a great classic game that has superior gaming attributes. Come on people. SIGN up and comment to make a difference.
