    MECM: 20H2 In-Place Upgrade TS Running As Scan-Only


    We are testing out some in-place upgrades from 1909 to 20H2 and noticed that during the task sequence step Upgrade OS the logs state the following.Upgrade with Windows Update didn't run, return with 0x87D00708, set ScanOnly to true.ScanOnly mode: nothing else to do in this Upgrade OS step.[ScanOnly]: Exiting with code 0x00000000The weird thing is, we do not have anything setup in the upgrade step to run a ScanOnly upgrade. We have it setup to apply the feature update package as a software update. We have tried manually running the upgrade and it works just fine, so we are confused as to why du

    Please confirm the following things for me.

    1. What is the procedure you are following to initiate the deep search?
    2. May I know what you exactly mean by 'scanning the .ts files'?

    hi, i use a lot window 10 deep search for my javascript file (.js)

    But i also have projets in typeScript (.ts)

    but when i try scan .ts , window 10 are not scan .ts content?

    How i can fix this, a regedit hack or a parameter ?

    Troubleshoot Windows updates after an in place upgrade repair

    Multiple troubleshooting steps had failed to fix net framework, scannow, and restorehealth problems.
    And multiple in place upgrades failed.

    Modifications were made on each in place upgrade.
    The last one fixed the net framework, scannow, and restorehealth problems.

    The computer is functioning normally now except for these 5 Windows updates.

    Had the in place upgrade failed I was planning to custom install.
    This requires reinstallation of drivers and applications.

    With the last in place working I was considering another in place upgrade repair.

    What repair methods are you suggesting that were not already performed after the last in place upgrade repair?
