    Thank you for your promptly reply. I have read slowly the instructions you sent. But honestly I do not think there is a problem with some file because I have not installed anything on this computer since four days ago. And the problem was that my keyboard
    drop from the table (because I was moving something without watching what was at my side), and then unaware with my left feet I kicked some keys in the keyboard, and then immediately I saw the change in the screen. I have taken a screenshot but when I did
    it using the snipping tool, the 24 small screens appearing in the screen (12 in one side called Life at Glance, and the other 12 small screen together in the other side called Play and Explore) disappeared, and onlu the picture I have as background appears.

    Meanwhile the screen I had before that incident, was about 29 icons lined up like the format as XP used before for everyone.

    The format I have now is the one that Windows 10 announce. Is properly WIN10. But I liked the other way, the one I had before

    in the same computer.

    Anyway, thank you for your prompt assistance.
