    MEDefaultPCReset


    After the latest Windows Update that occurred a few days ago seems to be the 2022-04 collection of updates, I've been seeing this application being launched called MEDefaultPCReset. It wants to overwrite a file in C:\Users\xxxxxxxx\AppData\Local\Temp\IXP000.TMP\Newton... I can't read what comes after the "Newton" part since it gets cut off in the popup window. When I look in the IXP000.TMP directory, it's empty.Process Explorer shows MEDefaultPCReset.exe connected to the BingWallpaperApp.exe . It says MEDefaultPCReset.exe is version 1.0.0.8 , the BingWallpaperApp.exe is shown as version
