Windows 10: Media Bar Application switch/ Switching to the other playing application via keyboard.

So if I have spotify playing music and I have a video playing on a web browser, how do I switch to the other application to pause it?I have set a key on my keyboard to play and stop whatever that is playing. But how do I switch without moving my mouse to click the arrow to switch whatever to whatever application is playing?

Switching Applications

hi,

I have my first nokia phone a 2730 and have a veruy basic question. How do I switch between applications without closing teh application - the equivalent of Alt-tab on a PC. I am surfing the net, then how do i switch to the music player, or back to contacts
etc ... answer would be greatly appreciated.
