Windows 10: Media creation does not give me option to download on pendrive

I am very low on disk space, so I'm trying to update my Windows 10 by downloading the OS to a pendrive. I already downloaded the Media Creation tool, indicated that I wanted to download the OS for another machine, and selected the proper OS. I received an error message that I needed 8 GB on my C: drive and was never given the option of saving the file to another attached drive. How should I proceed?

Windows Media Creation Tool is requiring 8GB PenDrive for 32 bit version of Windows 10

Windows Media Creation tool is not allowing to create Windows 32 bit media on 4GB PenDrive.
On Creators update I could do this normally on 4GB Pen Drive. Now on Fall Creators Update, the Media Creation Tool is requiring 8GB PenDrive for 32bit only image!
I need to reinstall Windows on my 32 bit tablet using a 4GB pendrive;

Ps:

I tried using Rufus 2.18p to Write the 32 Bits ISO on the PenDrive, using options GPT UEFI FAT32, but the Tablet does not boot from it.

If I use MBR UEFI-CSM, the tablet boots to the Windows installer, but after copy finishes, the Tablet boots to UEFI Shell. Only can enter Windows manually typing commands, see: After a clean installation of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update - 32 bits, only boots in EFI Shell, cannot boot automatically

You might face this issue if the downloaded setup file is corrupted.

• Did you try to download the setup again?
• Did you try to upgrade through Windows Update?

First, I would suggest you to try updating through Windows Update and check if you are able to upgrade to Windows 10. If you are unable to upgrade through Windows Update, then I would suggest you to download the Windows 10 ISO again and save it locally
on the desktop and then try to run the upgrade.
