Windows 10: Media Creation tool adminstrator issue

Im trying to create installation media for my pc but it keeps asking me to sign in to an administrator account although i am already in one. ive tried right clicking and clicking run as administrator and ive tried using the inbuild admin thing but still doesnt work.
