Windows 10: Media Creation Tool running out of space when there is definitely enough space

Hi there everyone.Building a new PC but it doesn't have an OS currently. I've purchased windows 10 and every time i use Media Creation Tool to download it, something goes wrong. This morning it downloaded windows 10 just fine and i began the installation only to find my hard drive was the wrong format, so i accidentally formatted the flash drive that contained windows 10 and had to start over again. Now the flash drive apparently does not have enough space on it for MCT to complete the process. The flash drive is 64gb and is completely empty. I have tried exFAT and NTFS and neither work. It do

One of the possible reasons why your disk space was reduced is due to an unallocated disk space on your partitions. For us to isolate your concern, we suggest that you check your device's partition. To do this, follow the steps provided below:

• Type Computer Management on Ask me anything and press
  Enter.
• Select Storage and click on Disk Management.

My laptop used to have a 900 GB capacity (1tb technically) and after I've used media creation tool to reset my PC, it is now showing that I only have 97.1 GB. How is that possible? I've lost 800 gb of disk space.

 

Windows 10 media creation tool tells “need 8GB free disk space”

Hi - the Windows 10 media creation tool tells me I need 8GB of disk space but I have a 64GB USB drive it does not seem to see. Any suggestions? I am trying to install on ASUS Eeebook X205TA with 7GB free on the machine.
