Windows 10: Media Creation Tool TRAP 00000000 EXCEPTION

When restarting two days ago my monitor only displayed the motherboard logo. Many restarts later, I sometimes get the Preparing Automatic Repair message no spinning dots, sometimes the blue screen error message that automatically restarts, and sometimes nothing.Using the Media Creation Tool on a USB only provides the following:The tool will not load so I cannot use any of the recovery options.As of three days ago everything worked fine. I have removed all memory except one stick and tried different sticks, removed my GPU and used video off the MB and have also used Rufus.MSI MP

I launching windows 10 on QEMU VM, and i can change RAM, CPU and video card. I saw that after windows logo, but there was no animation yet.
