    With utmost disappointment, I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with Microsoft and their Windows 11 media creation tool. As an avid user of Windows software, I believed I could trust their products to maintain the integrity of my files and data. However, my recent experience with the media creation tool has left me disillusioned and crestfallen. Despite having followed all the proper procedures, including selecting the appropriate USB pen and external hard drive, the tool arbitrarily changed the installation process and subsequently deleted over ten years' worth of files.
