Windows 10: Media Feature Pack is not available in Windows 11

I'm unable to play H.264 mp4 video on my out-of-the-box Microsoft Surface GO 3. Found that the Media Feature Pack must be installed on Windows 11 to be able to watch such video material. Media Feature Pack does not appear on windows 11 feature app list.

Hello, can anyone help me. My new computer is Windows 11 and when I follow all the steps to try to install Media Feature Pack, it will not appear in the list as available to install. I'm not sure what to do next.

Select the Start button, then select Settings > Apps > Apps and Features > Optional features > Add a feature.

Find the Media Feature Pack in the list of available optional features.

You may also need to install additional apps from the Microsoft Store to regain additional functionality, such as media codecs, Skype, Movies & TV, Windows Media Player, etc.

Go to the Media Feature Pack download page for your version of Windows 10 (e.g., Windows 10 May 2019 Update) and click the download link. Follow the instructions to install the Feature Pack.

Windows 10 21H1 Media Feature Pack Unavailable

I attempted to use PS Remote Play on my Windows 10 machine and was prompted to install the Media Feature Pack. I tried following the steps HERE for 20H1 as 21H1 is not listed, but the Media Feature pack is not listed in available features and in Windows Features, the Media Features option is selected already.

Appears that maybe Microsoft has not released a Media Feature pack for 21H1 yet. Has anyone found a work around or know a solution?
