    Media file won't play from a USB SSD.


    Windows 11 homecore i7 processor62TB SSD USB attachedI have many media files copied to the USB drive. The first several play successfully, but later added media files won't play on Windows Media Player. I've done a file comparison from the original to the copy on the SSD and it reports success. I have moved the media file back to an internal drive and it plays fine. I have tried this with the SSD formatted with both ntfs and exfat with the same result. I have tried to upload a screenshot, but the upload fails even after many attempts.

    microsoft store games won`t play

    when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

    the splash screen appears then goes

    I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

    I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
