Windows 10: Media on Windows 10 zoomed in, black and white and grainy.

Hello, i've been having a problem with my pc for a little while now and haven't found a way to fix it yet, whenever I go to watch a video that I have recorded or edited on my pc, the image is zoomed in to the point where the video is unwatchable and is black and white, it also appears to be quite grainy as well. I have been looking for a way to fix this but have had no such luck yet. I have tried updating my drivers, which only said that they are up to date and dont need to be updated, I am completely out of ideas, I have attached some screenshots of the so you can get a better idea of what i'm talking about. Please help if you can, thanks.

For sometime now videos on Facebook, YouTube, other sites on both internet explorer and chrome appeared zoomed in, black and gray, and very grainy. The issue is not only on web browsers but also on Windows Media Player and Power Media Player. I am running
on Windows 10, what can I do to fix this?

I upgraded to Windows 10 several months back and everything had been working just fine. I first noticed this on YouTube and then on Facebook. When videos play, they are very "zoomed in" and only show a small fraction of the whole screen. It's a very
grainy, black and white picture that plays. The sound is fine. I've made no changes, my virus checker is up to date. HELP!
