Windows 10: Media Player Unable to Play SD Card Reader

I have tried 2 different card readers but I continue to get the same error: "Windows Media Player encountered a problem while playing the file". Using the Web Help, I have tried updating the driver it was already updated, repairing the app, resetting the app, restarting my system...should I uninstall and reinstall the Media Player app? I am using Windows 11 OS.attached are the error box and other information within the Media Player

No, I want to load my music from Windows Media Player onto my mini SD card. Media Player cannot see the card, though it is showing up on the computer as being in the slot.
