Windows 10: Media streaming options is missing from Control Panel

I was trying to set up a network media device on my computer for my smart TV to access media files but Media streaming options is missing from the left side of my Control Panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Center window.Using Windows 11 Pro 2022H2 22621.963I've checked programs and features and media services was checked, also tried looking for streaming options in the new Media Player but the Win11 version doesn't have that one.Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

Media Streaming option only available by Search, not in control panel

Why is it that in order to find the Media Streaming options I have to do a specific search in the windows search for "media" in order to get to the correct window with the options. The address it gives in the address bar after doing the search doesn't exist
if I try to access it through the Control Panel. Notice in the screenshots the address in the window that was accessed through the windows search bar isn't available in the window that was navigated to using Control Panel. If I try to access the Media Streaming
options via the Control Panel there is no link, button, or other clickable area called "Media Streaming Options".

There's another way on how you can turn on the Media Streaming option in your Windows 10 device. Here's how:

• Launch Windows Media Player.
• Click on Stream and choose Turn on media streaming.
• A new window will pop up. Click on the Turn on media streaming button.

If the option is still not available, we suggest creating a new user profile with administrator privileges to check if the option will appear.

Once you have verified that the option is available in the newly created user profile, you can transfer your data from the old user account to the newly created one.
