    Windows 10 upgrade failed via media creation tools.

    there was a problem running this tool on your pc reference the error code 0x80200013-0x90017

    Thanks for reply. I have try Media Creation Tool. I have selected to Upgrade this PC. After 100% download it gives error that media is corrupted.
