cant download paint.net despite checking account and see that there is a device but store wont let me download becuase it says there is no device

I have a gtx 980 4gb vram and I have direct x12. I checked again and I do meet the requirements. I'm curious why it window store wont let me play when I meet the requirements.

 

Lumia 650 not meeting minimum system requirements of 1GB

This was not the case yesterday. It was listed for mobile as well, now it is indeed listed as PC/Surface only.

But my question was not completely related to just this app, but why the store listed my device as not meeting the minimum of 1GB RAM. (Now it is indeed listed as incompatible as they removed ARM support from the architecture list). It was telling me to
check the requirements.

 

Windows Phone 7 not sending required attendee's meeting requests

When I set up a new meeting on my Samsung Focus w/ WP7 and I attach required attendees, I'm promped to same the meeting. I save it, but a meeting request is not sent out to the required attendees - am I doing something wrong or is this an issue that is
being fixed. Also, can I forward meetings requests from my WP7? A suggestion would also be to enable you to sync w/ exchange so that you can see attendee calendar info for meeting planning... Thanks, Joe
