  1. Memory at 95% for no reason

The most I'm running is chrome but even when I'm not it's still at 90%. What I'm running doesn't add up even close to 16gb of ram which is what I have. I did a virus scan and nothing showed up, looked in my settings and it detects the 16 gigs of ram. Not sure wtf is happening but I can't edit or run any games, any solutions or advice?

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages

  4. Memory at 95% for no reason

Choice of memory and motherboard... a bit stuck...

No one who got some suggestions on this one, huh?

I've found out that the Asus M3A78-T needs to be flashed, so then that motherboard is excluded from my list. Which motherboard and memory should I then go for? Any suggestions?
