    I am getting this error even though the optional update KB5034204 isn’t installed I’ve heard ot was causing this issue, I tried scanning and Memory diagnostic tool and both shows no errors.I have some updates not installed since I turned off auto updates and I also have xbox controller connected via usb-c cable, any idea how to fix this problem or if it causes any issues if it remains popping up?

    Explorer.exe memory read error when updating Windows

    So yeah this hasn't happened to me before but I just had a memory read error come up on explorer.exe when I clicked on Restart Now to install the latest CU update. I www just wondering if this happens sometimes? I have restarted and shut down completely a few times and even installed a Windows defender update without any issue. My memory is showing the full amount so I can't see anything wrong. Has anyone else had this?

    Random shut down and restart??

    Computer: Intel (R) Pentium (R) Dual cpu
    E220@2.406hz
    2.42 GHZ, 2.00 GB of RAM
    Windows xp

    Ever since I replaced the fan (with heat sink) the computer has randomly shut down and then restarted, at first during streaming, and now, will shut down and restart anytime. I tried to replace the graphics card to no avail. *Confused Memory can not be read error on shut down or restart without KB5034204 update :confused:*Mad Memory can not be read error on shut down or restart without KB5034204 update :mad:

    One suggestion was to replace the RAM.

    Any suggestions on how to repair my computer?

    Kasperskys shutting itself off

    I awoke this morning to a error message saying that kasperskys has encounter a error and shuts off, then I restart and about 10 mins later does it again. any suggestions?
