Windows 10: Memory could not be written 0x0000

whenever I try to run apps on my computer it crashes and a pop up reading along the lines that the referenced memory at 0x000... could not be written. It started happening a few months ago leaving my computer useless and I just recently have been trying to fix it. I've followed a bunch of tutorials online and even came to the point where I completely whipped my computer and set it to factory settings yet the problem still occurs. For instance since there are no files on the computer I have tried to download chrome, but when the installer begins to run 2 pop ups appear one after the other reading that the memory at 0x000.. could not be written for whichever .exe it may be pertaining. If someone knows a way to fix this or a legitimate software that will restore my computer please lmk.

Choice of memory and motherboard... a bit stuck...

No one who got some suggestions on this one, huh?

I've found out that the Asus M3A78-T needs to be flashed, so then that motherboard is excluded from my list. Which motherboard and memory should I then go for? Any suggestions?
