Windows 10: memory integrity can't be activated due to incompatible drivers

I stupidly tried to download some software over the internet after my wife forgot her pin number on her Samsung Galaxy AS53 mobile. In doing so, when I tried to run the executable file it came up with a message saying the file couldn't be loaded due to an issue with contention on memory integrity. I turned off memory integrity on my Windows 11 laptop and now it won't turn on again as it's showing the following: I have looked at previous posts about this and the advice was to rename the files to have an extension of .old - but when I try this even if tried via command prompt as administrator

Hello,
I had a warning message on my computer, saying "memory integrity can't be activated due to incompatible drivers".

First, I don't even understand what it means concretely, could you explain?

Second, I checked and found the attached list of drivers.





Lots of them are Samsung's which makes sense as I have a Samsung smartphone. I don't know what the other one is about (mbtusbser.sys).
I followed the instructions given in this thread of discusion (memory integrity can't be activated due to incompatible drivers - Microsoft Community) and tried to rename .old the drivers in question.

It worked for only one of them (the 2nd: ssudbus.sys). For all the other ones I had a message saying that I needed an authorization from the system.

How to enable memory integrity due to incompatible driver csrbc.sys?

Hi Roger,

The file csrbc.sys seems to be the USB dongle driver. If you no longer use the hardware, you can delete the driver.

Open an Admin Command Prompt and run:

• SC.EXE DELETE CSRBC
  

Alternatively, you can delete the driver using Autoruns.

• Autoruns for Windows - Windows Sysinternals (Run Autoruns as administrator, find the csrbc.sys entry, and delete it)

Cannot enable Memory Integrity due to "driver incompatibilities" - yet no list of incompatible drivers is given

I appreciate the response, but the info contained in that link assumes that I have a list of drivers I want to disable/remove.

I have no such list. As I said, in that third picture, the system shows me nothing.

Are there other things besides incompatible drivers that would prevent Memory Integrity from being able to be activated?
