Windows 10: Memory Integrity disabled even after resolving driver issues

I had what seemed to be a pretty common issue with incompatible drivers preventing activation of the Memory Integrity feature of Windows Security. This went on for a shamefully long time, probably over a year, until I finally got around to removing/updating* the offending drivers yesterday. The scan for driver compatibility no longer identifies them as a problem, but the incompatible drivers check is somehow still preventing me from activating Memory Integrity, even though it finds nothing wrong. I haven't tried deleting the files as of yet because I need my laptop for work, and I don't want to risk causing any stability issues in the meantime.

It's all a bit puzzling because my memory integrity setting was enabled before I intentionally disabled it for 64-bit virtualisation.

I'm also sure the drivers listed above were present whilst Memory Integrity was enabled before. I suspect there will be no conflict when I get the setting re-enabled. Could there be a solution which involves temporarily disabling the drivers so my system doesn't detect them whilst I re-enable memory integrity?

Autoruns lists each driver with a checkbox alongside, but disabling them had no effect, and my system still detects the conflicting drivers.

I appreciate the suggestion, but could there be another way, before I resort to deleting system files?

"Memory Integrity can't be turned on" and no driver issues found

Looking around I've seen other people with the problem of not being able to turn on the Memory Integrity. Their suggestions are to find out what drivers are having issues and reinstall/disable/delete them. I did find a few issues but have resolved them. Now my scan shows no driver issues yet it still won't turn on. Any idea of what to do?

 

Win 11 - unable to resolve memory integrity issue

I have the windows 11 memory integrity can't be turned on problem originally with ftidbus.sys which I removed following the steps outlined here: Redirecting. I also uninstalled all recent programs but following restart the memory integrity is defaulted to off and when I turn it on or rescan the same messgae appears but without any offending drivers appearing in the list.
