MEMORY INTEGRITY IS SUDDENLY OFF AND THE OPTION TO TURN IT ON IS NOT AVAILABLE - Why ? Help !

Memory Integrity option cannot be turned off

I am unable to turn off the Memory Integrity option for some reason.
I even followed the steps below and rebooted, still keeps on enabling itself.

Even try these settings to disable Credential Guard here.

Even reinstalled Windows 10 by wiping out all the partitions starting from scratch. Still no luck.
Think this is a bug in v1809.

Before the complete reinstallation, I did enable the VBS settings with UEFI Lock features under the Group Policy.
But I am stumped as to why even after a reinstall I cannot disable the Memory Integrity option.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Memory Integrity option cannot be turned off

This a bug still not fixed. Option 2 using the REG file method worked for me to turn off Core Isolation. Note you need to restart the PC.

It has nothing to do with Secure Boot since I always had Secure Boot enabled without the Memory Integrity option .See all the comments with the same issues, no mentions of Secure Boot to be the cause.

The registry fix did not help either.
It keeps turning on again after each reboot.
