Windows 10: Memory Integrity issue

Discus and support Memory Integrity issue in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Windows defender is showing to enable memory integrity.     Memory Integrity issue


    Windows defender is showing to enable memory integrity. When I enable Memory Integrity it asks to restart. After clicking on restart pc goes to restart and gets stuck on boot it only hangs on pc logo.
