Windows 10: Memory Integrity

I am trying to decide if I should turn my Memory Integrity on or keep it off. Can someone please explain what Memory Integrity does and whether or not I should turn it on? Thank you to whoever is able to assist me with this matter.

Windows 10 - Memory Integrity - Incompatible Drivers

Good day all,

Please could someone advise how I might identify and safely remove/disable/update the following incompatible drivers, so that memory integrity can be re-enabled.

The incompatible drivers are as follows;
- ftdibus.sys
- wdcsam64_prewin8.sys
- PxHIpa64.sys
- SaiH0C2D.sys
- tib.sys

Autoruns lists nearly all of these files however I have not used this utility before, so thought it's best I ask first.

Any and all suggestions are very much appreciated!

Cannot Turn On Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Settings

From Tutorial -> Turn On or Off Core Isolation Memory Integrity in Windows 10 Windows 10 Tutorials

Not able to perform steps in Option 1
Under "Windows Defender Security Center", "Device Security" is not an option.
Winver reports Version 1709 (OS build 16299 402)
The processor is Intel I3
Virtualization is enabled in system BIOS.


Please advise.
