Windows 10: MEMORY MANAGEMENT issues with Windows 10

Background: PC: IntelR CoreTM i7-8550U CPU @ 1.80GHz 1.99 GHz, 64-bit, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSDI tried installing Windows 10 and it kept crashing at or before 50% with error code; 0x8007025D Windows cannot install required files. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation.I tried everything from these forums related to BIOS, memory tests, nothing worked until decided to remove my memory. I had 4 x 4GB Kingston Hyper X blu DRAM modules. I removed 3 of them, leaving 1 x 4GB ram and tried installation again - success.Issue:I put all the memory bac

I suggest you to run Memory Diagnostic tool and check if it helps.

Memory Diagnostic tool is used to detect the possible memory problems.

Follow the below steps:

  Type Memory Diagnostic in the search area in the task bar and select
  Windows Memory Diagnostic.

  Select Restart now and check for problem.

Memory issues

• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.

Memory management error causing sleep issues in windows 10.

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you a few questions:

  Since when are you facing the above issue?
  
• 
  If recent, did you make any system changes prior to the issue?
  
• 
  When exactly do you receive the above error?
  

The above issue might occur if any of the power components or system components are corrupted or missing from the computer. The above issue might also occur if any of the application, software or program installed on the PC is conflicting
with the power components.

Method 1: Run the Power troubleshooter by following the steps below and check if any power components have changed, corrupted or missing from the system.

Running the troubleshooter will help in detecting and identifying the cause of the issue and in certain cases will fix to enhance the performance of the system.

• 
  Press Windows logo key on the keyboard, type troubleshooting
  and select the top most search result.
  
• 
  Click on View All
  from the left side panel of the window.
  
• 
  Select Power
  from the options, click on Advanced option and check
  Apply repairs automatically option.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions and wait for the troubleshooting to complete.
  
• 
  Check for the missing/corrupted power component status of the troubleshooter, close the window and check if the issue is resolved.
  

Method 2:
If the issue persists, boot the computer in Clean boot state by following the steps below to check if the issue is caused due to any of the system or third party applications installed on the PC.

Putting your system in Clean Boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue.

You can open the System configuration window in Windows 10:

Step 1: Using run command.

  Type msconfig.msc and press
  Enter.
  

Step 2: Using Cortana.

  Press Windows icon key on the keyboard and type
