Windows 10: Memory managment

Puse todos los núcleos y ram que permitía la laptop una asus tif gaming, y cuando se reinició dio un pantallazo azul de memory managment, y reinició y otra vez da el pantallazo azul, alguien sabe cómo solucionarlo?
