Windows 10: Memory or Windows related issue?

My computer I purchased from a friend was just shipped across the country and was wiped before doing so. There is no visible damage, but I've been having problems since trying to set it up.Games crash after only a few minutes if they even launch properly along with a variety of other bizarre issues. I've encountered artifacting once on startup, trouble installing just about anything including Windows updates, webpages sometimes crashing with google chrome's error message being STATUS_ACCESS_VIOLATION.Here are some error codes found within Windows error reporting in system information. System Reserved Memory issue

The reduction in available system memory depends on the configuration of the following:

• The devices that are installed in the computer and the memory that is reserved by those devices
• The ability of the motherboard to handle memory
• The system BIOS version and settings
• The version of Windows 10 that is installed
• Other system settings

As an initial troubleshooting step, I suggest that you check your system for memory problems.

Here's how:

• Type mdsched.exe in the search bar and select the best match.
• When prompted by the User Account Control, enter an admin user name and password, and click
  Yes.
• Follow the on-screen instructions to run it.
