Windows 10: memory problem

Hi,I've been receiving an error occasionally when turn on my pc please see attached image. It reads opengl: Windows - application error. The instruction at 0x00007FFAC3CC1C42 referenced memory at 0X0000000000000060. The memory could not be written.I have tried running sfc /scannow, DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth and Chkdsk /r but still getting error. I have all available updates installed. Also my pc over all is just getting worse and i cant even play Minecraft or have mo

• Open Control Panel and type memory in the search bar.
• Click on Diagnose computer memory problems to open it.
• If you're prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.

HP stream wont update windows 10 , not enough memory

To further assist you, we suggest that you run the Windows Memory Diagnostic tool. Refer to the steps provided below:

• On the Start screen, type memory.
• Click Settings and then click the result Diagnose your computer's memory problems.
• Select the option to run the tool.

We also suggest you to temporarily disable the antivirus as it consumes more memory and then try to upgrade.
